The Problem We’re Solving
When a fall or emergency happens, the moments that follow can be stressful and confusing. Not just for the wearer, but for everyone who cares about them.
Emergency calls from the monitoring center often go unanswered because the number isn’t saved in anyone’s phone. It looks like spam. It gets dismissed. And even when an emergency contact does reach an operator, they’re often left with lingering questions afterward:
“Is there anything else I need to do?” “Is everything okay now?”
No one should have to sit with that uncertainty.
Introducing UnaliCare™ Connect
UnaliCare™ Connect addresses this by sending automatic text messages to the wearer and their emergency contacts throughout an emergency, so everyone stays informed in real time.
Contacts receive notifications at each stage:
- When an emergency call begins: Contacts receive a heads up that the monitoring center will be calling them shortly so they know to answer
- When the situation is resolved: Contacts are told whether emergency services were dispatched, another contact responded, or if it turned out to be a false alarm
No more wondering. No more silence.
Everything Your Watch Already Does, Plus More
UnaliCare™ Connect doesn’t change anything about how your Kanega Watch works. You’ll still be connected directly to a live operator, able to speak with someone immediately, and have emergency services dispatched when needed.
UnaliCare™ Connect simply adds a layer of communication, keeping the right people informed, at every step.
Nothing About You, Without You
We’re not interested in building something in a vacuum. Real improvements come from real experiences, and that’s why we’re inviting a group of wearers and their trusted contacts to join an early pilot of UnaliCare™ Connect before it’s widely released.
This is entirely optional, there’s no cost to participate, and your feedback will directly shape how this program develops. Participants can expect the pilot to run through the end of summer.
