Kanega Watch Hub Terms & Conditions
By activating and using your Kanega Watch Hub, you agree to the following terms:
1. Single Device Usage: The Kanega Watch Hub is licensed for use with The Kanega Watch only. The Kanega Watch Hub may be used with as many Kanega Watches as you have in your home. Attempting to connect any other device simultaneously is strictly prohibited and may result in service disruption or termination.
2. Fair Use: The service is intended for normal Kanega Watch use. Any attempt to bypass the single-device restriction, including the use of tethering, bridging, or hotspot sharing, is a violation of these terms.
3. Service Limitations: Speed and connectivity are subject to network conditions and may vary. The provider is not liable for interruptions due to misuse or network issues beyond its control.
4. Termination of Service: Violation of these terms may result in the immediate suspension or cancellation of your Kanega Watch Hub service without notice or refund.
5. Refund of Deposit: The deposit for the Kanega Watch Hub is fully refundable upon return of the device in good, serviceable condition. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of verified return. To qualify as good, serviceable condition, the device must meet the following criteria:
Fully functional: powers on and operates as intended
No physical damage such as cracks or broken components
Clean, with no excessive dirt or residue
All originally provided parts (e.g., power cable, adapter) are returned
No signs of liquid or water damage
Any serial number or identifying labels are intact and legible
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of verified return.
6. Amendments: These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
