Is there a contract, or can I cancel service anytime?

No contract. You can cancel anytime. If you choose our Annual Plan, we will provide a prorated refund on your unused full months of service. For both our Monthly and Annual Plans, we will also provide a free return shipping label for you to send back the equipment if you choose and we will provide a partial refund on the upfront equipment cost based upon the condition of the equipment once it is returned.
