Both plans come with a 30-day money back guarantee, starting from the date of shipment to the date of return.

If you wish to cancel service within the first 30 days, simply contact us to let us know and we will email you a free shipping label to return your equipment. Note because we are providing free shipping both ways as well as doing full set-up of your watch prior to shipping, there is a $75 stocking fee for returns only in the first 30 days of your subscription. The rest of your upfront payment will be refunded.
