To ensure that each individual who wears our watch has the best experience and optimal protection, we recommend and provide a brief, personalized, free onboarding call with one of our Care & Safety Experts.

Once your watch arrives and is activated, we will contact you, or you can call us to at a time that works best for you, any day of the week- including Saturdays and Sundays to go over the features of your watch and service, or get answers to any questions you may have.

Alert Sensitivities

The Kanega Watch has two ways to get help from our 24/7/365 monitoring center without having to push an alert button:
Fall Detection and Voice Activation.

Some alerts can happen, even when the wearer does not need help. We recommend new customers wear their Kanega Watch for a few days to determine how often these false alerts are occurring. Sometimes our default setting is too sensitive or not sensitive enough depending upon your needs or lifestyle (e.g.: highly-active wearers may benefit from a reduced fall detection sensitivity).

Changing the sensitivity is as easy as calling us, since we can remotely adjust the sensitivity of your watch's alerts. We can even turn off certain features for those who may find some types of alerts confusing or overwhelming.

The key is ensuring all wearers are comfortable and confident wearing their Kanega Watch regularly providing real peace of mind for each wearer and their loved ones.

  • Wearer band/wrist size
  • Service address and access instructions
  • WiFi settings
  • Emergency contacts
  • Medication reminder times (optional)
